Doug Bruk

Chief Operating Officer

As the Chief Operating Officer for GT Homes USA, Doug is responsible for the firm’s acquisitions, business operations, and implementation of strategies to achieve and surpass sales, closings, profitability, cash flows and other objectives. Doug has over 20 years of leadership experience in homebuilding operations, including acquisitions, entitlements, development, sales, marketing, new home design, and construction.

Doug received his BS in Economics and Finance from Bentley University after serving in the United States Army. Prior to joining GT Homes USA, Doug worked as COO at Kolter Homes, where he was an integral part of the executive team that grew the business to 274 employees and over 1,100 closings across the Southeastern United States. Prior to his tenure at Kolter Homes, Doug worked at Toll Brothers, WCI Communities, and Bayswater Development, a Carl Icahn company.

Vice President of Acquisitions

As the Vice President of Acquisitions, Dominic executes the acquisition strategy for GT Homes USA including land purchase opportunities, managing relationships with developers, brokers and other strategic partners. Prior to joining GT Homes USA, Dominic worked for the sister company, Treasure Hill for 7 years. Through his work at Treasure Hill, Dominic completed hundreds of millions of dollars in real estate transactions.

Prior to joining Treasure Hill, Dominic founded an investment banking firm. Dominic possesses visionary investment and financial instincts, having worked with many startup companies to help them launch, find traction and subsequently get listed on the stock exchange.

Dominic earned an honor’s degree in Law with an urban planning concentration from Nottingham Law School in the United Kingdom. Aside from real estate, Dominic’s other interests include organic foods, traveling and most of all spending time with his family. Dominic currently lives in Fort Lauderdale, Florida with his wife Cynthia and their two boys Vincent and Jacob.

Vice President of Construction

As the Vice President of Construction for GT Homes USA, Vince is responsible for all construction operations including all HR, office, financial and operational aspects of construction and development. Vince has been a decisive leader in the residential building industry for over 30 years. He has been involved in all facets of construction and development from the ground up. Vince has always been passionate about building the best team of individuals that create strong company networks and alliances.

Vince received his BBA in Business Management & Development from Ryerson University in Toronto, Canada. He joined with Florida Builders Development Group in 2008 as a partner where he used his knowledge and extensive experience of managing teams of 90+ employees to help the company succeed. Vince has worked in the past with Greenpark Group, Canterra Homes, Pristine Homes and Baycliffe Communities.

Trevor Barrett

Trevor Barrett

Director of Capital Markets and Finance

Trevor has nearly 15 years’ experience in finance and real estate development. He specializes in the acquisition, underwriting, and capital sourcing for master-planned single-family communities, multi-family, condominiums, hotels, offices, and retail projects. Trevor has closed over $2 billion in acquisition, development, and construction loans. Prior to joining GT Homes USA, he worked as the Director of Capital Markets for both Pebb Capital and The Kolter Group. He also has extensive banking experience with tenures at Citigroup and Deutsche Bank in structured equity derivatives. Trevor graduated magna cum laude with a B.S. in Finance and also received his M.S. in Finance from the University of Florida.
